EGR Valves
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) minimises the formation of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in combustion engines. HEINZMANN can provide bespoke EGR valves suitable for on-road and off-road vehicles, industrial and stationary applications, for use on locomotives and ships, as well as for generators. HEINZMANN offers comprehensive development services with both current and future exhaust gas limits in mind.

NOx Data Logger

NOx Secure in compact Control Cabinet
The control cabinet is fully wired and contains the NOx data logger, various safety functions and a 7" TFT display. The other peripherals comprise a fused 24 VDC/10 A power supply unit, a NOx and temperature sensor and and the corresponding connection cables. The system can be optionally expanded with components such as a second temperature sensor or a differential pressure sensor.
- Monitoring and recording emission-related data in accordance with 44. Federal Immission Protection Ordinance
- Continuous recording of NOx sensor values (NOx & O2) for efficient system monitoring
- Alarm message if limit values are exceeded or for system errors

7“ TFT-Display
The saved data is visualised and evaluated on a 7-inch TFT display using the comprehensive HEINZMANN NOx VIEW software. The current measurements, the alarm messages and the most recent daily NOx averages can be called up via the display with touchscreen. An optical alarm is also triggered if the limit value is exceeded.
EGR Valves
HEINZMANN offers various EGR valves that have been tailored to different applications.
- Resistant to high temperatures and corrosion
- Optimal sliding properties
- Control angle of up to 90°

NOx Sensor
The NOx sensor continuously measures the NOx and O2.
System Overview
SCR Catalyst System
The HEINZMANN SCR Management System is based on the XIOSUC platform to control up to 2 MAN SCR systems on a stationary lean-burn gas engine. Temperature and NOX sensor signals are received via SAE J1939 protocol, further sensor signals (MAP, MAT, oil pressure,…) can be received either via CAN bus or analogue signals. The AdBlue pumps are operated pressure controlled to achieve the best possible pressure and flow conditions for the directly controlled AdBlue injectors. The system provides an extensive safety system which avoids catalyst damages due to inadequate temperatures or overdosing. It also includes a tank management system which automatically refills the daily tank when the AdBlue level is low or the liquid exceeds a critical temperature limit.
