Optimal control technology for any type of diesel engine

With HEINZMANN systems, you can implement all relevant injection processes for your liquid fuel engine. These include complete common rail injection systems with all the necessary CR system components, electronic valves for conventional pump pipe nozzle systems (E-PPN) or the latest development - a system for methanol injection. At the heart of all these systems are reliable and high-performance EFI control units from the DARDANOS family. All system components are developed and manufactured by HEINZMANN. This ensures that the systems are made up of perfectly harmonised components and can be supplied from a single source.

Common rail systems from a single source

Common rail systems from a single source

ODYSSEUS common rail systems include all components for pressure generation, fuel storage and injection, ensuring optimum connectivity and compatibility. Together with the DARDANOS control units, the hydromechanical precision components offer a holistic solution for state-of-the-art combustion engines.

  • System pressure up to 2,500 bar
  • Engine sizes from 30 to 1,250 kW/cyl.
  • Suitable for diesel fuels and heavy fuel oil
  • Micro-pilot and micro-pilot-compatible injectors
  • Lowest power-to-weight ratio of the pumps in their class
  • Outstanding performance characteristics
  • Solutions for the intrinsic safety of engine and injection systems

SYSTEM INFORMATION

E-PPN for electronic fuel injection

E-PPN for electronic fuel injection

The LAVINIA E-PPN system expands the existing fuel system and can be used for both new engines and retrofits. Thanks to precise control by a control unit, the system offers all the benefits of electronic fuel injection for optimised combustion under all operating conditions.

  • Universal electromagnetically actuated fuel control valve
  • Electronic control of injection quantity and timing
  • Speed/load-dependent injection timing
  • Possibility of cylinder deactivation at idle or low load operation
  • For retrofitting and for new engines
  • Very flexible due to modular design
