Speed Governors

HEINZMANN offers one of the most extensive ranges of speed governors for large engines and turbines.     EFI Controls

    HEINZMANN’s EFI governors for electronic fuel injection actuate diesel and gas injection systems which are operated by a solenoid valve. The governors can be used for engines with up to 6, 8 or 24 cylinders. The injection timing and duration are set using the DcDesk configuration tool and can be specified in line with the engine designer's requirements.

    Analogue Governors

    Analogue control systems offer a number of advantages, including the ability to easily set the control parameters (e.g. the speed range, PID and proportional band) and the possibility of isochronous operation (proportional band of zero). In addition to their excellent control properties, a further benefit of analogue systems is that there is no need for software or a programming unit – merely a small screwdriver to set the potentiometers.
