SCR Catalyst System
HEINZMANN’s SCR system is used to reduce the level of pollutants in the exhaust gas produced by combustion engines, and is based on the XIOS universal governor. XIOSSCR reliably and very precisely regulates the supply of AdBlue to the exhaust gas by controlling pumps and the corresponding injectors. All relevant measurements and operating data are used directly to provide fast, high-precision control. The system also includes the corresponding NOx and temperature sensors, extensive safety functions for protecting catalytic converters, and an economical tank management concept.

XIOSSCR Ready - Data Logger
The XIOSSCR Ready control has a data logger and enables emission-related data to be monitored and recorded in accordance with 44. Federal Immission Protection Ordinance. In addition to the NOx daily average values, which are saved in a separate area, the functional capability of an oxidation catalytic converter to comply with formaldehyde limits can be ensured, e,g, by monitoring exhaust temperatures, the temperature difference and the differential pressure.

XIOSSCR Control
The XIOSSCR control unit supports compliance with future emission regulations thanks to closed loop control of NOx emissions in the exhaust gas. The excellent I/O flexibility of the control unit allows parallel operation of two catalytic converters and up to six AdBlue injectors on one engine and enables a system design for engines sizes up to approx. 5 MW.. The recording and monitoring functions of the data logger are also available for the SCR control.

NOx Secure Complete Kit
In addition to the NOx data logger , the retrofit kit includes the cable harness, a display module, and one NOx and one exhaust gas temperature sensor. The system can be optionally expanded with components such as a second temperature sensor or a differential pressure sensor.
