My name is Elham Matin, and I have been working as a Key Account Manager at HEINZMANN since July 2017. Originally, I come from Iran, where I worked for HEINZMANN for two years before making Germany my new home.
During my school years in Tehran, I discovered my passion for mathematics, which led me to study Electronic Engineering. I particularly enjoyed tackling complex technical problems and developing innovative solutions.
Life took an unexpected turn when I found both love and a new career path in Germany with HEINZMANN. At the HEINZMANN Iran branch, I met Hubert, who is now my partner. This encounter changed everything for me, and eventually, my daughter and I found ourselves in the beautiful Black Forest. I truly appreciate the stunning nature and tranquillity here—a stark contrast to the crowded and hectic life of a city with 15 million people.
Adjusting to life in Germany was not easy at first, especially due to the language barrier. Although I had studied German for six months in Iran, but using it practically in meetings and daily interactions was a challenge—one that I gradually overcame with time and practice.
At HEINZMANN, my role involves working with a diverse range of customers from different countries. My daily tasks include managing existing products and introducing customised solutions for our clients. Within our highly skilled team, I have learned to communicate from the heart, which has led to strong and positive relationships with both my colleagues and many customers. This supportive environment is incredibly important to me.
HEINZMANN has not only provided me with a platform for professional growth but also given me the opportunity to contribute to a greener future through the development of sustainable products—something that makes me very proud to be part of this vision.
