Integrated solution for chp control of gas engines

The flexible XIOS basic hardware allows individual system combinations adapted to customers’ needs. Depending on the requirements of the respective CHP control system, HEINZMANN offers XIOS^I/O units of varying scope that are tailored to the XIOS^CHP system sizes BASIC, MEDIUM or EXTENDED. The modular construction of these units enables extended modules and additional units to be selected so that additional control functions and numerous I/Os can be used. Inputs and outputs can be defined for specific applications, as the XIOS^I/O unit can be expanded by additional I/O modules.

For advanced control requirements, the XIOS^CHP BASIC version is enlarged to the system options MEDIUM and EXTENDED with one or two additional XIOS^I/O units for further control functionalities and numerous I/Os. The scope of additional inputs and outputs is widely user-definable, as the main module of XIOS^I/O can be extended with various I/O boards.
