Optimal control technology for any type of gas engine

Gas mixers are an indispensable part of fuel systems. The throttle valve controls the volume of the mixture, and the mixing unit determines the mixture quality. HEINZMANN mixers generate a very consistent air-gas mixture and the ideal air-fuel ratio over the engine’s entire speed and load range.

Annular Gap Gas Mixers

Thanks to the variable annular gap, the mixing ratio can be precisely adjusted to suit different types of gas. As the gas mixer has been designed as a Venturi nozzle, the pressure losses are minimal and the mixture is consistent over the entire speed and load range. This optimises engine running and efficiency, reduces emissions at every operating point and ensures reliable starting.
