Dealing with higher Injection Pressures

CR Injection

A clear trend in engine development is the pursuit of higher fuel injection pressures.

Giro invests in new materials, production techniques and equipment to keep one step ahead of these requirements. Giro is well equipped to cater for the most stringent working pressures.

Accurate Fitting and Supply

CR Accurate fitting

Giro utilise highly accurate, calibrated checking fixtures. Many of these fixtures enable a full-scale function test of the complete fuel injection system.

Complete Common Rail Systems

Common Rail

Together with Giro Common rail injection pipework, our parent company HEINZMANN supplies complete Common rail systems, thereby guaranteeing optimum connectivity and compatibility. HEINZMANN common rail systems are covering  engine ratings from 150 to 10,000 kW and more. They include all components for injection and for generating pressure.

The different variants of the system are not only suitable for different engine sizes, but also different applications and fuel grades.
